Any customer who wishes to cancel, request a refund or modify their scheduled session must inform us as soon as possible by calling our call centre after they have read and understood all of the following.

Modifications: If you wish to make a change to the time, date or details you have registered with us, you may either call our call centre or send us an email to which we will ensure that we respond in time to resolve the issue.

Meanwhile, modifying your session in terms of extending or shortening the duration of the session as well as adding or removing people who will receive our services is possible provided there is availability. For your convenience, you can discuss any alterations with either our call centre at 6945491777 or with your assigned massage therapist.

Cancellations: For the cancellation of an appointment (e.g. due to an unforeseen event) you have the option of cancelling your session up to one (1) hour before the scheduled time of the appointment and no charge is imposed on the customer. For appointments cancelled in intervals of less than one hour from the scheduled time, or in case your session is cancelled upon the arrival of our therapist at your location, a fee of 50% of the value of the session you would have had with them will be charged*. If you have booked your appointment online and have made a down payment, and there is a cancellation on your part in less than 2 hours after notice, the customer will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not be eligible for any refund.

*If the session amount has already been paid, then a refund will be issued by crediting the client’s account with 50% of the total session value.

*The 50% of the total value of the session is credited directly to our therapist as minimum compensation, for the time and expenses spent and any other appointments he/she did not undertake to be able to accommodate you.

Refunds: Professional Massage Athens may offer refunds (100%) for certain purchases made through the website:

  • In cases of cancellation of the appointment by the customer, provided that there has been a timely notification at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • In cases where you have made a reservation and prepaid for the session but a cancellation occurs on the part of our therapist due to illness or absence.

In order to issue your refund, we will be contacting you via SMS or phone to inform you about the procedure.

Please note that while the refund has been processed on our end, it may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
