Panos holds a degree from the University of Athens (TEFAA). Since 2019, he has been practicing Sports Massage helping athletes in the rehabilitation and prevention of muscle injuries. At the same time, he has attended various seminars on the effective use of massage in order to enrich his knowledge in the field of Therapeutic massage. He has worked as an external partner at “Massage for You” in Piraeus and the massage services he specializes mainly in are; Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology.
