Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Do I need to prepare anything?
A quiet space large enough for a treatment table and one big clean towel is enough. We bring everything else — table, linens, oils, music if you want it.
Is there anything I should do prior to my session?
A few things we kindly ask of our clients before their session:
- Take a bath beforehand — both for relaxation and hygiene.
- Refrain from eating for at least 2 hours before your session; massages are most effective on an empty stomach.
- Inform the therapist of any chronic conditions, recent injuries, persistent pains, or allergies to specific oils — either directly, or during the confirmation call.
