What arrives at your office
A certified therapist arrives discreetly with a professional portable massage table, fresh white linens, and premium oils. Setup takes under five minutes inside any private space, your office, a quiet meeting room, a free corner. When the session ends, everything is packed away just as quietly. No noise, no awkwardness, no interruption to the rest of the floor.
You return to your work, or close out your day, with everything you walked in carrying lifted off your shoulders.
From booking to the end of your session
You book
Pick your time through our online booking or send a quick message on WhatsApp. Lunch break, the gap between meetings, the end of your workday, whatever fits the schedule you actually have.
We arrive prepared
Your therapist arrives a few minutes before the session, sets up quietly in the space you've chosen, and is ready to start at the agreed time. Everything needed for a full professional session is brought with them.
You stay where you are
Once the session ends, you don't drive anywhere, you don't change locations, and most importantly you don't fight traffic. You finish at your office and continue your day already recovered.
When office massage makes the most sense
This service isn't for everyone, and we're honest about that. There are three specific situations where booking at the office consistently makes more sense than going anywhere else.
Hybrid workers using office days for recovery
If your week is split between home and the office, the office day is often the harder one. Longer hours, more meetings, less control over your environment. A session at the workplace turns the harder day into the recovery day, instead of pushing recovery to the weekend.
Chronic tension that weekend rest doesn't fix
Some tension doesn't unwind from two days off. By Sunday evening, the same knots are still there, and the week starts all over again. Treating the body inside the environment that built the tension, before it accumulates further, breaks the cycle that weekends can't.
Executives whose schedules don't fit spa appointments
A back-to-back day doesn't leave room for a two-hour spa visit with commute and reception time. A 60-minute session inside the office, scheduled into the same calendar as everything else, is the only realistic way recovery actually happens.
Where eight hours at a desk lands in your body
Eight hours at a desk loads tension into a narrow band of muscles: upper traps, mid-back, lumbar spine, and the posterior neck chain that bears the weight of a forward head position all day. Most people register it by mid-afternoon and assume the weekend will sort it out. Five consecutive days of the same seated posture layers tension rather than letting it release, and whatever looseness Saturday morning brings rarely survives Sunday night.
When a therapist treats you at the office, those muscles are still shortened and loaded from the workday. There's no 36-hour gap where the body partially recovers and re-tightens before Monday. The session starts with the tissue in the condition that produced the problem, which means less time undoing compensation patterns and more time on the areas that actually need the work.
The neck that's been forward all day
Hours of looking at a screen pulls the head forward of the shoulders. The neck muscles spend the whole day holding the weight of the head in a position they weren't built for. The result is the stiffness and dull ache that builds from morning to evening, and that no amount of stretching at your desk seems to fix.
The trapezius that holds the entire week
The thick band of muscle between the shoulder and neck is where most desk workers carry their tension. Stress tightens it. Posture tightens it. Typing tightens it. By midweek, pressing on it produces the kind of soreness that confirms something has been wrong for a while.
The mid-back you can't reach
The part of the upper back that sits just behind the heart, between the shoulder blades. Hunched typing posture freezes it. You feel it as a vague stiffness, an inability to take a full deep breath, a back you wish you could crack but can't. Direct work on this area is one of the most underrated aspects of a proper session.
The lower back after a day of sitting
Sitting compresses the lumbar spine and shortens the hip flexors. The lower back ends up doing work it wasn't designed to do, and the protest comes when you finally stand up after a meeting or at the end of the day. Left untreated, it's the tension that turns into recurring back pain over months and years.
The headaches that start in the neck
Tension headaches don't start in the head. They start at the base of the skull, where the neck muscles attach, and creep upward through the day. Chronic neck tension is the cause, while the headache itself is the symptom. Sessions that release the neck typically relieve the headache as well.

We have worked with a handful of corporate companies across Athens and Piraeus, delivering on-site wellness experiences for teams. For corporate clients, we offer two formats:
Chair / Seated Massage
The most common and convenient choice for wellness day events and team activations. Sessions run 15-20 minutes per person, focused on neck, shoulders, and upper back. A single therapist can serve a team of 15-25 people across a half-day. Our prefessional and highly skilled therapists use a combination of techniques, including; kneading, compression, and acupressure, to help alleviate any tension and promote a sense of rejuvenation prior to continuing on with the tasks. Minimal space is required, any quiet room works.
Bed / Table Massage
Suited to recurring on-site wellness programs where employees receive full sessions on a rotating schedule. Although less common for corporate events, with this format sessions typically run for 20-30 minutes depending on program structure. This format works for companies offering massage as a regular benefit rather than a one-off event. Our dedicated therapists bring their expertise and all the necessary equipment in advance, to offer a truly restorative massage experience and remove the excess tension and persistent knots of your team's shoulders and back.
If you're planning a wellness day, an end-of-quarter team activation, or a recurring on-site program, send us a request through our corporate inquiry form. We'll respond with a tailored quote within 6 hours.
A dedicated home for our corporate wellness service is launching in 2026. Until then, all corporate inquiries route through this form.
